Having previously completed two projects on the site, North Construction was contacted by Gosford RSL Leisure Living to assist with budget and design development for the construction of a new Community Centre. Norths assisted with the pricing development for five months prior to being engaged under a lump sum contract.

The brick veneer building houses the main reception, several administration offices, resident activity rooms and meeting rooms.
