The Aspect Secondary School involves the Design and Construction of the existing school on Serpentine Rd, Terrigal which caters for the needs of Autistic Students. The works consist of the internal demolition of GLA’s, Sensory Rooms, and Staff Admin area. On the lower ground floor of the site, the existing garages and carports are being converted into new GLAs incorporating a
new laundry, bathroom, and storeroom area. Also, the external playground areas are refurbished with a new COLA, carpark area, and a new drip waste irrigation system is being installed.
