The construction of the information resource education centre for the Central Coast Grammar School included extensions to, and integration with, existing structures and slabs. This involved multiple split levels, a tiered seating theatre and substantial relocation of existing services, many of which were unidentified prior to commencement.
A constrained site and continued use of the school facilities throughout construction required close co-ordination with the school to ensure both programming and WH&S requirements were met.
Completed on a Construction Management basis, the works were finished to a tight programme in order to facilitate use of the new building in time for the following school year.
