Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School is a community based school who were looking to improve and upgrade their Fountaindale education campus. North had previously completed the initial stage of construction at this campus and had an established relationship with all stakeholders. Given a very limited budget and a tight time frame for procurement of new Kindergarten and Art/Science buildings for the beginning of a new school year, the client, their architect and North, worked closely to agree scope and requirements.

The education project construction consists of a common brick subfloor, Ecoply and FC cladding, colorbond roofing with areas of curved ceilings, exposed timber and hardwood decking.
