Working alongside Quinn O’Hanlan Architects to transition the school to a full 7 stream 7-12 high school, the project scope included demolishing and reconstructing the College’s main administration and staff centre; refurbishment to art and general-purpose learning areas; associated roadworks; upgrading services and infrastructure; car parking and landscaping.
A challenge for the team involved managing a significant amount of remediation work to the existing site as a result of asbestos contamination and geotechnical ground conditions.
The project was successfully completed for the 2021 school year.
